Sim City is a city building simulation game. You design and build a city and then control said city. Everything from power grid to transportation.
If you build it they will come, really. You designate the construction areas, residential, commercial, and business. The people show up and develop it depending on the surrounding areas.
Placement and planning are everything in this game. Building population ensures a successful city. The higher population means the higher the rewards.
If you need a purpose after the milestones are achieved there are a handful of scenarios with their own goals that you can play to achieve.
Chachi Says: we have just entered another part in the book that kind of irritates me. i feel that they shouldve done one game from a series and left room for others but they choose to do multiple part of a series. so there are 3 posts on 3 sim city games.
