BOOM! HEADSHOT!
Ah, how i love that phrase…. *starts daydreaming…….*
Oh, sorry.
Game 32: Unreal Tournament 2004
It’s the year 2362, The Liandri Corporation is back with its yearly tournament of death and corruption.
Form a team, its time to go to war.
So i had previously only played this game once and for a few minutes. Nothing too in depth. Of course in all honesty i was hooked on one of its predecessors. Unreal Tournament Game of the Year Edition.
However after the mayhem and awesomecast last night at 11:30ish i arrived home to sit down and play this game. i finished at 1:30 am.
Time flew by.
This is another example of when sequels do good.
Updated graphics, updated game play.
updated story that makes sense.
Throw in battle vehicles and a new aspect to the game and you have your self a winner.
Before you even enter the tournament you have to qualify both by yourself and with your team that you get after you earn a sponsors attention.
You need sponsors so you can pay your team and hire better members as they become available. Crush the competition, earn money, win the tournament. Easy right? well as easy as any fps is.
The multiplayer is as fun as always. Switch up the maps every so often and you wont get bored. On top of that, whats a fps with out a mod capability.
Unreal Tourny continues to be one of my favorite single and multiplayer fps.
Chachi Says: with a ton of difficulty settings and it being a fps the replay value on this game is quite high. let me just state that this was a welcome change from the sim games. Tune in tomorrow because i shall beat two games tonight. both will be posted tomorrow!

I still count this as the definitive version of UT. 3 went a different direction in feel.
